Location: Allegra at Shreveport - New Apartment Community – 88 Units
Compensation: $18.00/hour + Per-Lease Bonus Paid at End of Lease-Up
Schedule: Temporary, Approximately 6 Months - M-F 8:30am -5:30pm & Sat 9-3
We are seeking a professional, motivated, and results-driven Lease-Up Consultant to support the successful opening and leasing of our brand-new 88-unit apartment community. This is a temporary 6-month position ideal for a high-energy, customer-focused individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in achieving goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries
- Assist with the full leasing process from application to move-in
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and leasing documents
- Support marketing efforts and outreach to drive traffic
- Ensure model units and leasing office are clean, organized, and show-ready
- Contribute to meeting and exceeding monthly lease-up targets
The leasing Consultant's objective is to effectively follow the leasing and marketing program within the Brownstone Residential, LLC Companies guidelines and operating objective.
Qualifications
- Prior leasing or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated "go-getter" with a professional demeanor
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with leasing software a plus
Compensation & Incentives
- $18.00 per hour
- Bonus paid at the end of lease-up, based on number of completed leases
