About the Role

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide direct supervision to a team of therapists ensuring clinical excellence, compliance with standards, and a supportive environment for professional growth. You will balance leadership responsibilities with a small caseload, offering both oversight and direct care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations.
  • Support staff in case consultation, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and foster ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain a small caseload of clients, modeling best practices in outpatient therapy.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop policies, improve workflows, and expand services.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Active, unrestricted license in PA (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
  • Approved/eligible to provide clinical supervision in PA.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
