About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Print & Packaging Technician to join our team The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with packaging or print equipment and a basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator. This role primarily supports our packaging production line, but during slower production periods, you'll assist with packaging artwork updates, file prep, and other design-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain print and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure packaging quality meets company and client standards.
  • Assist in setting up, troubleshooting, and cleaning machines as needed.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator to help prepare or edit packaging artwork and production files.
  • Collaborate with the packaging and design teams to ensure smooth workflow between print and creative stages.
  • Maintain organized records of materials, print runs, and project updates.
  • Support the packaging department with additional tasks during downtime.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in printing, packaging, or a related production environment (preferred).
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (file editing, layout adjustments, simple vector work).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new technical and creative skills.
  • Ability to lift up to [X lbs] and stand for extended periods.
