Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Store Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement strategic action plans for improvement.
  • Ensure consistent execution of company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures across all locations.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty through effective training, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.
