*What You'll Do as a Superintendent:*

• Oversee all daily operations on active job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and uphold high-quality standards throughout every phase of construction.
• Maintain rigorous safety standards and ensure compliance with all local regulations.
• Act as the on-site leader, providing solutions, guidance, and updates to clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Review and distribute updated plans, blueprints, and RFIs, ensuring clear communication across all teams.
• Develop strong relationships with local subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers to streamline project execution.

*What We're Looking For:*

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a commercial construction superintendent, with a proven track record in tenant improvements, build-outs, or similar projects.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Massachusetts subcontractors, inspectors, and permitting processes, especially in the Boston-to-New Bedford area.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, and Dropbox, with the ability to interpret Gantt charts and manage construction schedules.
• Work Ethic: A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
• Reliable Transportation: A truck is preferred for site visits and equipment transport.
