Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Line Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production line machinery.
  • Inspect products for quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area according to GMP and safety standards.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and sorting of products.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
    Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred but not required.
