Description:We are Lockheed Martin

The F-22 Integrated Maintenance Information System (IMIS) test lab lead will be responsible for coordinating test planning, execution, and reporting for all IMIS software releases. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing release testing at both the Fort Worth and Hill AFB IMIS labs
• Coordinating software/system level testing with IMIS commercial and Air Force partners
• Mentor junior test personnel and promote best practices in test methodology
• Produce report packages containing test results, risk assessments, and corrective actions for senior leadership

Successful candidates will have excellent leadership and communication skills to lead a multi-disciplinary team of systems engineers, test engineers, and lab administrators.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)

F-22 maintenance system (IMIS) experience or equivalent platform maintenance system (F-35 ALIS/ODIN) experience

Software lab testing experience

Desired Skills:

Oracle Solaris

Red Hat Enterprise Linux

Experience with Agile software methodology

Experience with F-22 or other 5th generation fighter platform base operations

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
