The program offers structured mentoring, learning sessions, and opportunities to interact with employees across all departments, giving your insight into the diverse roles and operations within the club. This is more than an internship, it's a unique chance to grow your skills, build your networks and be part of a passionate team.

Inter Miami CF is looking for a Partnership Activation Intern to work on a wide range of projects and events related to Partnership Marketing. This individual will also be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of various projects and in the completion of special projects as delegated by the Partnership Marketing team. This position will be a seasonal Part-time paid internship.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with asset, photo, and information organization.
  • Assist with tracking in-stadium and broadcast exposure of partner assets.
  • Assist with planning and execution of partner activations and events.
  • Manage inventory, storage, and distribution of merchandise, including coordination of shipping and receiving for events and internal needs.
  • Perform organizational and special projects as assigned.
  • Provide support for matchday responsibilities and collaborate with ambassadors at all home matches, as delegated.
  • Support the creation and editing of presentations and marketing materials for internal and external use.
  • Responds to all staff and employment inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintains the highest levels of confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be current students pursuing a undergraduate or graduate degree in sports Management, related field, or recent graduates who completed their degree no more than six months prior to the application deadline.
  • Ability to professionally and confidently interact with members at all levels of the organization Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere.
  • Passion for fútbol is a plus.
  • All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Must have own means of transportation.

Additional information:

  • Start date: January 14th , 2026

Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States for the full duration of the internship, without interruption. Candidates must not require sponsorship for a work visa from Inter Miami CF now or in the future to maintain their authorization to work in the U.S.
