Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist with catering events and banquets as needed, ensuring timely service and adherence to event specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering stock as necessary.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience
• Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
• Experience in customer service roles within the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of catering operations, banquet service, and food handling practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Must have valid authorization to work legally in the US
• Must be available to work AM/PM shifts, weekends and Holidays
