Studeo Gyms is a leader in the fitness world and have been running our brick and mortar locations in Vancouver, Canada and Beverly hills for almost two decades. We manage the fitness facilities at Electronic Arts in Redwood Shores where we provide a full class schedule, private training, small group training, nutrition services, and clinic offerings. Our goal is to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all EA employees and create a fun and engaging community.

We are looking for someone to fill our front desk customer service role. A passion for fitness and a background and sports will help ensure a good fit with our culture. This teammate will be responsible for greeting members and providing information regarding business operations, hours of operation, location of facilities and personnel. All teammates get 24/7 access to the gym, free classes, discounted services, access to the EA employee store, as well as all of the on campus amenities.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet every guest that approaches the front desk.
  • Assist guests with their requests and answer guest questions.
  • Assist clients in setting up their memberships
  • Look up reservation details and other information on the computer system.
  • Ensure all the guests' needs are met.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to emails.

Bonus points if you have a personal training certification or any group fitness certifications

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
