Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development. Proven track record of managing employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices. Proficiency with HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.Other Skills: Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
