Beauty Educator

As a Beauty Educator for FHI Heat UNbrush, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with both stylists, store staff and consumers. You will bring our award-winning Hair Tools & Hair Brushes to life through in-store education, live demonstrations, and authentic brand storytelling.
This position covers the Los Angeles Area and includes scheduled appearances at various stores such as ULTA Beauty, SalonCentric, Nordstrom and Brand Events. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, inspiring consumers, and increasing sell-through by sharing your passion and expertise for FHI Heat & UNbrush products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote FHI Heat UNbrush: Act as the face of FHI Heat Unbrush in stores, representing the brand in an authentic and enthusiastic manner at in-store events.
- Educate staff & consumers: Provide live demonstrations, education on product, and education sessions for stylists, shoppers, and staff.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on all FHI Heat & UNbrush products, technology, and styling trends to confidently communicate product value.
- Support Sales Goals: Help drive product sell-through by creating interest and educating on features, benefits, and proper use.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with consumers by offering personalized recommendations, tips, and styling guidance.
- Feedback & Reporting: Provide feedback and post-event recaps to the marketing team, including consumer insights, sales trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid cosmetology license
- At least 1-2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or beauty retailer
- Must have a flexible schedule & be available to work weekends
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for FHI Heat UNbrush products and ability to passionately represent the brand
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to dynamic retail environments
