Product Line Manager – CFM / CF Series Engines


Onsite near Fort Lauderdale, FL
(Hybrid: 1 day remote once established)

Join a family-owned, fast-moving aviation business specialising in engine trading, repair management, and materials support across the Americas. Operating from a 65,000 sq. ft. facility, this organisation has built a strong reputation for its agility, reliability, and long-term relationships within the commercial aviation aftermarket—supporting operators, MROs, and leasing companies worldwide.

They're now seeking a
Product Line Manager
to take ownership of the
CFM and CF engine portfolio
, covering models such as CFM56 and CF6. You'll be working alongside the existing Product Line Manager for the V2500 programme to drive performance, profitability, and strategic growth across the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CFM/CF engine product line, overseeing material acquisition, evaluation, and sales strategies.
  • Analyse market data, pricing models, and engine trends to optimise commercial opportunities.
  • Lead cost and evaluation models for engine assets, parts, and repair decisions.
  • Support customer relationships and conduct business development across the Americas.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment on targets and forecasts.
  • Participate in client meetings, industry events, and supplier visits (some travel required).

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of
    CFM56 / CF6 / GE engine platforms
    .
  • Experience within the
    aircraft engine aftermarket
    , ideally across trading, repairs, or material sales.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and pricing movements.
  • A hands-on, adaptable approach suited to a nimble, family-run business.
