Why we're looking for you?

We're looking for a
GTM Automation Engineer
to join the CIO organization and help us supercharge operational efficiency across Port's go-to-market (GTM) and internal technology landscape. This role will focus on building, maintaining, and optimizing automations, integrations, and workflows that connect our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT systems - driving scale, data consistency, and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who thrives on solving complex system challenges with automation, owns end-to-end delivery, and loves creating seamless experiences between tools.

What you'll do

As a GTM Automation Engineer, you'll be responsible for taking requirements, designing, implementing, and maintaining automations across our GTM and internal stacks. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to identify inefficiencies, build solutions, and ensure smooth data flow across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining automations and integrations across systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Zendesk, Clay, Notion, and other productivity tools.
  • Partnering with GTM, Operations, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities that drive measurable business impact.
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to apply AI-based tools and agentic solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Implementing and maintaining integration frameworks using low-code and code-based tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier, n8n, or Python-based APIs).
  • Ensuring data consistency, synchronization, and integrity across systems through well-structured automation design.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to document workflows, establish standards, and ensure ongoing performance and reliability of automations.
  • Building monitoring and alerting mechanisms for automation failures and exceptions.
  • Maintaining security and compliance standards for automation processes, working closely with the CIO group and GRC teams.

Who you'll work with

  • You'll work closely with the CIO organization, and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Technical Success, and Operations. You'll also collaborate with Data, IT, and Security teams to ensure automations align with company-wide governance, data strategy, and infrastructure standards.

Requirements:

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, GTM operations, or system integration roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience building workflows and integrations using tools like n8n, Workato, or similar, APIs, webhooks, and data structures (JSON, REST).
  • Solid understanding of GTM systems and processes (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Notion, etc.) and data flows between them.
  • Experience documenting and maintaining automation frameworks and process maps.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Self-starter with high ownership and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to align automation and system design with business goals, GTM strategy, and revenue objectives.

Nice to have (Advantages)

  • Familiarity with data integration tools or ETL platforms (Fivetran, Airbyte).
  • Exposure to AI-based workflow tools or LLM-powered automation.
  • Experience working within IT or CIO organizations, especially in automation or platform engineering contexts.
