Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting customers.
  • Parking and retrieving vehicles safely.
  • Issuing and collecting parking tickets.
  • Keeping the valet parking area clean and organized.
  • Assisting with luggage and belongings.
  • Providing directions and information.
  • Addressing customer concerns.
  • Following safety protocols.
  • Handling cash transactions.
  • Collaborating with team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 or older.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Physical fitness for walking and lifting.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in cash handling.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Flexibility and availability for varied shifts.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Physical fitness for walking and lifting.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Cash handling skills.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
