Brand Content Manager
We're seeking a Brand Content Manager to lead the creation and execution of a powerful personal brand strategy for our CEO, an established leader in the real estate market. This role blends content production, storytelling, and public relations, shaping how the brand shows up online and in the media.
The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and strategic, someone who can plan, film, and produce high-quality content while driving engagement across social channels. They'll own the process end-to-end: developing the narrative, managing the posting strategy, responding to the audience, and positioning the CEO for speaking, media, and partnership opportunities.
This is a high-impact role with direct visibility, creative freedom, and the opportunity to define the voice of a growing, high-profile brand.
Compensation:
$100,000
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand and content strategy that strengthens the CEO's presence locally and globally.
- Plan, shoot, and edit original short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn (equipment not provided).
- Manage daily posting schedules across all platforms — targeting two posts per day per channel and one long-form YouTube video per week.
- Implement and maintain social media automations, DM funnels, and audience-engagement systems.
- Respond to comments and direct messages on behalf of the CEO, maintaining consistent brand voice and tone.
- Produce high-quality listing videos, lifestyle pieces, and event coverage.
- Monitor analytics to measure performance, report insights, and adjust strategy for optimal growth.
- Collaborate with the CEO and team to align content themes with upcoming campaigns, speaking opportunities, and PR initiatives.
- Stay current on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep content fresh and competitive.
- Manage relationships with photographers, editors, and vendors as needed for large-scale shoots or events.
- Uphold the visual and narrative consistency of the brand across all channels and public appearances.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, content strategy, or brand development.
- Proven ability to plan and produce engaging, high-quality video and photo content independently.
- Must own and maintain professional video and photography equipment (camera, lighting, microphone, and editing setup).
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and public-relations-driven visibility.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success growing audiences and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to represent an executive brand voice online.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple content streams simultaneously.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule that includes events, travel, and occasional weekends.
- Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury branding is strongly preferred.
- Self-starter with creative vision, analytical mindset, and a genuine passion for digital storytelling.
