We are looking to hire a Production Planning & Warehouse Support at our facility in Jacksonville - FL
In this dual function mid-level role, the Production Planner/Warehouse Support is responsible for coordinating production planning activities and providing hands-on warehouse support to ensure uninterrupted factory operations. This role encompasses releasing and managing production work orders, monitoring and controlling WIP levels, and aligning material flow with schedule requirements.
The individual will play a key part in preventing work stoppages or schedule delays that could impact cost, delivery, and customer commitments. In addition, this position supports warehouse activities such as staging, inventory control, and material availability to sustain production demand.
Beyond daily execution, the role will also contribute to CORE initiatives and other continuous improvement efforts, helping to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency across planning and warehouse operations.

This is a full-time, onsite role at the Busch Site, Jacksonville, FL
What You Will Do
Planning & Scheduling
Prepare and release work orders in alignment with the master production schedule, shop capacity, and program priorities.
Monitor and confirm daily material supply and demand to support uninterrupted production.
Follow up as required with all the teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production plan.
Participate in Tier meetings may be required.
Inventory Control
Conduct inventory checks and reconcile system records.
Perform cycle counts and accurately document results.
Track and manage materials both physically and within system records.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
Systems & Reporting
Utilize SAP and Excel daily to perform transactions and support business functions.
Support shipping processes with carriers such as UPS and FedEx (experience a plus).
Material Handling & Shipping
Move materials between the warehouse, factory, packaging/shipping, and other areas as needed.
Navigate warehouse and shipping/receiving areas, including standing, stooping, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.; use ergonomic lifting devices as required.
Operate powered equipment and mechanical aids to safely load, unload, store, and deliver materials.
Package and ship materials in accordance with specific instructions.
General
Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of the role.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience in production control, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, packing/shipping, supply chain, or material handling/management.
Experience in Manufacturing industry
Minimum one year experience in ERP system
Qualifications We Prefer
SAP experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid understanding of inventory balances, usage, and scrap.
Ability to prioritize work in process and partner with functional areas to resolve material shortages.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
