Are you a compassionate nurse with a heart for life-affirming care? Dakota Hope Clinic is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team in providing holistic medical and emotional support to women and families facing unintended pregnancies or sexual health challenges.

As part of our Christian, pro-life ministry, you'll offer pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, patient education, and spiritual encouragement — helping clients find hope, healing, and support in a safe and loving environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide nursing care to clients in accordance with clinic policies and protocols.
  • Respond to calls, texts, and emails from clients during clinic hours; share responsibility for after-hours communications.
  • Obtain patient history, complete nursing assessment, and plan for holistic client care.
  • Administer pregnancy testing and coordinate Limited OB Ultrasound per protocol.
  • Offer counseling and education regarding pregnancy and available options, using evidence-based information.
  • Make appropriate referrals to medical providers and community agencies (excluding abortion or hormonal contraception referrals).
  • Provide sexual integrity education and counseling for clients with a negative pregnancy test and others as needed.
  • Share information and referrals for sexually transmitted infections, body literacy, and fertility awareness-based methods (FABMs) for family planning.
  • Facilitate education with the Earn While You Learn program, helping clients earn baby items, gift cards, and other materials through participation in the educational sessions.
  • Ensure informed consent and accurate documentation of all client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Current ND RN license
  • Minimum 2 years nursing experience
  • Strong communication, compassion, and faith commitment
