Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will lead the implementation of a data warehouse solution for a NYC government agency, managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through go-live. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with NYC government standards and security policies.

Duties

  • Manage data warehouse project delivery, including planning, execution, and closure
  • Lead technical teams, including architects, developers, business analysts, and QA engineers
  • Coordinate with agency stakeholders and IT teams on requirements and deliverables
  • Facilitate UAT activities and knowledge transfer
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Deliver weekly status reports and monthly steering committee presentations

Mandatory Qualifications

  • 7+ years managing Data Warehouse projects
  • 7+ years managing web-based application delivery
  • 7+ years of experience with a technical background in SQL development
  • Must have PMP Certification
  • Must have public sector experience

Desirable Qualifications:

  • NYC government experience
  • Previous development experience in browser-based and PL/SQL technologies
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Familiarity with NYC DoITT standards and policies
