Your New Role

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be the face of Bryant Air Conditioning & Heating, delivering top-quality service to residential and commercial clients in Lincoln, NE, and surrounding areas.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system upgrades
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Operate hand and power tools to complete repairs efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Manage parts inventory in your service van
  • Complete all service calls professionally and promptly with minimal callbacks

Job requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of HVAC service experience
  • Licenses & Certifications:
  • Journeyman HVAC License
  • EPA Type II Certification (required)
  • NATE Certification is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to pass an in-house tech test
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record
  • Ability to work in various environments (homes, schools, commercial buildings, retail locations, and construction sites)
  • Must pass a background check (required) and drug test
