About Us:

We are launching a new title company aligned with a national investment firm. We handle high-volume real estate transactions, including acquisitions, creative financing, and Section 8 properties. We are seeking a licensed title agent to run title operations, oversee closings, and work closely with our attorney and paralegal team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct title searches, issue title commitments, and clear title.
  • Coordinate and execute real estate closings.
  • Review and prepare HUD/CD settlement statements.
  • Manage escrow accounts and disbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with state and underwriter requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Title Agent License required.
  • 2+ years experience in title and escrow closings.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple closings at once.

Compensation: Base salary + closing bonuses.
