Greenway Dumpsters is growing and we're looking for a bilingual Customer service specialist who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

In this role, you'll be the friendly voice and reliable problem solver our customers depend on. You'll handle orders and reservations, answer customer questions, recommend the best services for each customer's needs, and make sure every interaction feels smooth, professional, and positive.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Answer customers questions and provide guidance on services
  • Respond to all incoming requests via email in a timely manner
  • Solve minor and or major complaints/issues with a smile
  • Follows standard procedures and successfully incorporates new procedures into daily routine.
  • Accurately process transactions and verify daily disposal activity
  • Keep things moving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Meets or exceeds individual productivity requirements

Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM Monday through Friday

  • Potential for increased hours as seasons shift

Requirements:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service setting
  • Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Preferred:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a sales
