What You'll Do

· Manage daily front-of-house and oversee back-of-house restaurant operations.

· Lead, train, and motivate servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to deliver top-quality service.

· Support kitchen operations — including prep, plating, and expediting during peak times.

· Maintain restaurant cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with all health and ABC regulations.

· Assist with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost control.

· Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure exceptional experiences.

· Contribute to strategic leadership and goal setting.

What We're Looking For

· 2+ years of restaurant management experience (casual or full-service dining preferred).

· Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.

· Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

· Working knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations.

· Weekend and holiday availability required.
