About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Analyst to join our team in Chicago, IL. As an Administrative Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to our business services team. Your major end result will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office, by performing a variety of administrative and analytical tasks. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with project management. Your work will be critical to the success of our team and the overall business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or analytical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assisting with project management by tracking progress, identifying issues, and proposing solutions.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Providing general support to the business services team as needed.
Skills:
As an Administrative Analyst, you will use your strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to prepare reports and presentations. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be critical in maintaining accurate records and databases. Additionally, your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Finally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team, and your flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, will be key to your success in this role.
