Project Manager / Estimator Position:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. We are a premier full-service construction firm known for its expertise in luxury residential and commercial projects based in West Palm Beach.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage construction project documentation, such as plans, contracts, permits, drawings and change orders.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct regular site inspections.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

Skills:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams.
  • Proficiency in Timberline/Sage software is helpful
  • Knowledge of project scheduling tools and cost estimation.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
