As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic food and beverage location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help protect people and property.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity in a food and beverage environment.
• Observe for signs of suspicious or unusual activity and report findings according to established procedures.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or vendors with security-related inquiries and provide directions as needed.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when required.
• Document incidents and maintain accurate records of patrols, observations, and activities as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
