Wang Brothers Investments LLC, a growing Real Estate Investments company located in Berkeley CA, is looking for a full time Property Manager. We are in search of a highly motivated, detailed oriented person to be responsible for the management of assigned commercial/residential properties. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and within a team setting, fast learner with excellent communication skills (both oral and written).

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties
  • Periodic Property Visit/inspection
  • Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections
  • Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems
  • Tenant Relationship and Support
  • Manage vendor proposals
  • Budgeting, researching and data compiling
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At Least Bachelor Degree in Business
  • Two years of experience as property Manager
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Able to work under pressure and fulfill deadlines
  • Problem Solver
  • Experience with Appfolio, Project Development Management is a plus
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills

  • Spanish Speaking is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
