What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver high-quality manicures and pedicures that guests love
  • Lead daily huddles and motivate your team to achieve salon goals
  • Coordinate activities to maintain productivity during downtime
  • Mentor new hires and provide training on services, products, and standards
  • Represent Frenchies at beauty schools and community events
  • Collaborate with the owner and studio manager to drive team performance and operational excellence
  • Promote cleanliness and uphold sanitation standards that go beyond state requirements

You're a Perfect Fit If You:

  • Are a licensed Manicurist or Cosmetologist
  • Have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a professional presence
  • Are available to work at least 35 hours per week, including Saturdays and/or Sundays
