We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. You don't need to have experience with every aspect of the role on day one — we will 100% provide hands-on training to get you up to speed. Over time, you'll become confident and capable of handling a wide range of warehouse responsibilities, from inventory control to equipment operation.

With training and support, you will eventually be responsible for:

* Managing inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

* Operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and reach trucks for loading and unloading goods.

* Performing picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.

* Using RF scanners to track inventory movement throughout the warehouse.

* Assisting in shipping and receiving activities, ensuring products are properly packaged and documented.

* Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized in line with OSHA standards.

* Working with warehouse supervisors to apply best practices in distribution and material handling.

* Participating in regular inventory audits and stocking shelves as needed.

* Supporting the manufacturing team by ensuring timely delivery of materials to production lines.

We will train you — but here's what helps you succeed in the role:

* Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.

* Willingness to learn how to operate forklifts, cranes, order pickers, and reach trucks.

* Openness to learning warehouse management systems (WMS) like AS400.

* Basic mechanical aptitude to help troubleshoot equipment as needed.

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout your shift.

* Strong attention to detail and a desire to stay organized.

* A team player mindset with the motivation to work independently when needed.
