This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), US based Remote contract role with a strong preference for CST or EST time zones.

The Role
The Marketing & Communications Specialist will support the rollout and ongoing management of global marketing initiatives for the organization's agency partnership program. This role centers on developing communication strategies and resources that engage and empower agency partners around the world. Working closely with a Global Program Manager and cross-functional go-to-market teams, you will help scale agency engagement efforts and strengthen the organization's position as a trusted partner to leading agencies.

What You Will Do
Manage the Agency Knowledge Hub

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance a centralized resource hub to ensure agency partners have access to personalized, current, and relevant materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep content accurate, useful, and engaging.

Lead Agency Content Creation

  • Create and update agency-focused content for resource hubs, large-scale events, webinars, and training programs.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-impact materials aligned with agency needs.

Support Agency Advisory Initiatives

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other GTM stakeholders to coordinate agency advisory forums and feedback channels.
  • Translate agency insights into actionable recommendations that influence roadmaps, partnership strategies, and initiatives aimed at strengthening global agency relationships.

Operationalize Agency Training & Recognition Programs

  • Coordinate the execution of agency training and certification programs in collaboration with GTM and Product teams.
  • Develop recognition programs that highlight highly engaged partners demonstrating collaboration, continuous learning, and effective use of the organization's solutions.

Track & Measure Global Agency Engagement

  • Monitor partner engagement trends, content usage, and feedback to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Apply insights to enhance partner experience and drive increased adoption across priority markets.

About You

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or enablement roles — preferably supporting partner networks, staffing organizations, media agencies, or other B2B audiences.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaborator who works effectively across Sales, Product, and GTM functions.
  • Highly organized and execution-focused, capable of managing multiple projects and global stakeholders.
  • Curious and data-informed, leveraging feedback and engagement insights to optimize partner content and experiences.

Preferred Experience
Familiarity with sales-enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Highspot) and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $40-$50 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
