About the Role

EWC Construction is seeking an energetic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team In this role, you'll make outbound calls to potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives.

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting (preferred)

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools
  • Dependable, organized, and goal-driven

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Schedule qualified appointments for Sales Representatives
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads through phone calls and emails
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in our system
  • Meet or exceed daily goals (2–4 appointments per day)
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional tone at all times
