We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bookkeeping for our fast-growing real estate company. This is a full-time, in-office, W2 role, and requires daily presence in our Online Zoom Office.

  • $7,500 - $8,750 monthly W2 base salary
  • Additional performance-based bonuses (earn $100,000+ annually total comp), including Paid holidays & PTO
  • A clear growth path to Director of Finance and future equity opportunities

Compensation:

$100,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Manage AR, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
  • Manage AP, vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense tracking
  • Oversee bookkeeping, coding, and reconciliations
  • Deliver accurate monthly financial reports by the 10th of each month
  • Ensure compliance with payroll, tax filings, and audit prep
  • Collaborate with department leaders on budgets and forecasts

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in AR, AP, and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar)
  • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, thrives in a fast-paced company
  • Excellent communication skills with business and financial acumen excelling in strategic problem solving
