We're looking for an experienced IT Consultant for a full time opportunity located on the northside of Indy. This will be a fully in-office role . The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to help clients achieve objectives.
  • Advise customers on technology strategies.
  • Lead IT projects and collaborate with in-house teams.
  • Work with peers to deliver optimal customer results.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience designing solutions that meet industry standards.
  • Skilled in maintaining and implementing technical solutions.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Enjoys face-to-face customer and team interactions.

Qualifications:
4+ years of experience within IT Managemenet

Experience in IT systems administration or leadership roles is beneficial.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
