Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant experience or Master's degree and three (3) years of relevant experience.

8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

This position may require after-hours including weekends and travel depending on the event/sport.

Job Duties

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Issue and maintain all name, image and likeness contracts between the institution and student-athletes.
  • Work with sport programs to determine pay schedules for student-athletes receiving revenue share.
  • Serve as primary institutional manager for Teamworks GM
  • Serve as secondary institutional manager for Teamworks Wallet
  • Assist in maintaining appropriate documentation for reporting to both NIL GO and LBi. Assist student-athletes with reporting to NIL Go
  • Liaison with student-athletes and their agents on contracting and payment process
  • Assist the athletic department with compliance the House settlement and with Tennessee NIL Law
  • Collaborate with the institution's multimedia rights holder on potential third-party NIL agreements

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Onboard all new and continuing student-athletes to NIL Go, Teamworks GM and Teamworks Wallet
  • Work collaboratively with student-athlete development to create financial education programming and other NIL specific educational programming
  • Work collaboratively with campus partners to develop NIL specific educational programming

  • Serve as NIL representative for the University of Memphis and contribute to the conference, NCAA and federal guidelines as it related to NIL
  • Participate in recruiting and team meetings as necessary
