A Technical Program Manager (TPM) bridges business objectives and the execution of complex technical projects. They manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion, by breaking down tasks, allocating resources, and setting feasible timelines while ensuring ambitious yet achievable goals. They facilitate team communication, manage risks, allocate resources, and ensure quality. TPMs align complex initiatives with organizational goals, acting as the essential link keeping projects on track.

Your role
  • Drive strategy and execution for a large fleet of connected retail devices. Lead end-to-end development of IoT hardware and cloud-integrated platforms focused on uptime, scalability, and operational visibility.
  • Prioritize roadmaps and features based on technical feasibility and business impact
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams to ship resilient, data-driven solutions
  • Build telemetry pipelines and observability tools using platforms like Datadog and New Relic
  • Translate complex problems into clear product requirements and implementation plans
  • Focus on delivering reliable systems, improving field operations, and aligning cross-functional teams.
Your skills and experience
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one IOT platform – Azure or AWS
  • 7 years of professional experience in managing complex projects in technical product development.
  • Experience in HW, IoT / industrial devices, device or firmware development is a must have.
  • Background in retail store IOT devices is a plus.
  • Proven experience in technical product management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation and specifications.
  • Technology Background – React JS, JavaScript, SQL, Azure

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $76,300 - $156,310. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
