About Invisible
Invisible Technologies is the AI operating system for the enterprise. Our end-to-end AI Software Platform structures messy data, builds digital workflows, deploys agentic solutions, evaluates/measures impact, and mobilizes relevant human experts. Invisible has trained foundation models for more than 80% of the world's leading AI model providers, including Cohere, Microsoft, and AWS, and we have the expertise to customize AI for any industry, function, or use case.
Invisible makes AI work in the real world. In 2024, we reached $134M in revenue and were named the #2 fastest growing AI company on the Inc. 5000.
About The Role
We are building a unified platform and API layer that enables seamless interoperability across all systems, supported by secure and observable infrastructure that balances compliance with developer velocity. Our goal is to drive measurable improvements in AI-driven productivity and engineering quality, while delivering a frictionless developer experience from local development to production deployment through shared tooling and automation. This work requires close cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, IT, and Security to ensure platform capabilities are tightly aligned with business needs.
What You'll Do
- Platform & API Strategy — Define and drive the platform and API integration strategy across all core modules. Establish shared standards, service-to-service interoperability, and an API-first design philosophy so every product and service works together seamlessly.
- Analytics & Data Systems — Unify data pipelines and launch dashboards for end-to-end business analytics, AI productivity measurement, and operational insights. Establish data governance processes to ensure data quality, accessibility, and compliance.
- Developer Experience / Paved Path — Create the "paved path" for builders: unified authentication, standardized deployment tooling, and reusable templates that make development fast, compliant, and interoperable by default.
- Security & Compliance — Build a secure foundation for the company's products and operations. Automate vulnerability management, enforce secure-by-default standards, and guide teams through compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or similar.
- SRE & Reliability — Embed reliability and observability practices across all engineering teams. Standardize SLO dashboards, improve incident response, and ensure consistent uptime and quality across products and services.
- IT & Internal Systems — Deliver a secure, modern environment for all employees and contractors. Oversee hardware and SaaS management, endpoint protection, access controls, and optimization of software spend.
What We Need
- A systems thinker and technical product leader who thrives across infrastructure, developer platforms, and API ecosystems.
- Experienced with multi-product platform architecture — including authentication, data systems, service meshes, API gateways, and deployment automation.
- Fluent in both technical architecture and strategic impact, able to connect infrastructure design to measurable business outcomes.
- Passionate about interoperability, developer empowerment, and security by design.
- Motivated by building the foundation others build on — the rails that make innovation faster, safer, and more scalable.
