We're Hiring a Daycare Program Director

Location: Little Miracles Academy

Hours: Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Team Builder : Recruit, train, and support amazing teachers and staff.
  • Curriculum Champion : Plan engaging programs that help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
  • Operations Pro : Keep our facility running smoothly, safely, and within licensing guidelines.
  • Communication Star : Foster open, respectful communication with staff and families.
  • Policy Guru : Create and implement center policies that keep things organized and efficient.
  • Customer Care Expert : Greet parents, give tours, and ensure every family feels welcome.
  • Event Extraordinaire : Plan fun family events and build a sense of community within our center.
  • Admin All-Star : Handle budgeting, billing, record-keeping, and emails like a pro.

What We're Looking For:

  • A leader with a big heart and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in early childhood education
  • A deep understanding of state childcare regulations and licensing standards
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, joyful, and kid-filled environment
