Maintenance and Operations Technician

Location Warminster PA

Long-Term Contract |Full Time

On-site position.

Shift timing: 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.,

Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays

(The hiring manager does most of the weekend work, so this person really doesn't need to go in but occasionally)

This is mostly a 40-hour work week.

At least 5 years of experience and will see people with 15 or more years but don't want someone who has supervised people. Need a hands-on person,

Work on Machines/equipment in a Manufacturing facility environment. This is the key to their responsibility.

Know how to repair and work with tools.

Yes, they will do some light painting, put up lighting fixtures, cleaning. Only a little bit of plumbing.

Don't want to see people who have worked outside. This is maintaining only the inside of a facility.

Physical Demands

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
  • Must be able to wear PPE for extended periods.
  • Advanced fine motor skills required.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
