Job Description Summary

The Brokerage Specialist will be a key member of the Charleston brokerage team and will work closely with brokers, clients, internal marketing professionals, and other service lines. This role will manage clients and transactions, support business development activities, facilitate activities to strengthen client relationships, and assist with deliverables required to execute the transaction life cycle.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide sales, marketing and transaction support
  • Create client facing content, deliverables and presentation materials such as tour books, property flyers, brochures and other materials as needed
  • Collaborate with internal functional groups including marketing and research for high profile marketing deliverables (graphic design, property highlights, market overviews, mapping, etc.)
  • Run market surveys to identify building space/options for clients
  • Prepare and send email blast marketing using Concep (or similar) service
  • Update website content, social media, etc. on behalf of brokers
  • Prepare, organize and collect transaction documents

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Possess SC real estate license
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, or any similar combination of education and experience
  • Self-motivated, flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong oral and written communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiar with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
