Recreo Cantina is a vibrant and lively Mexican restaurant known for its exceptional service and inviting atmosphere. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Servers: Actively support servers by refilling water glasses, clearing plates, resetting tables, and acting as an extension of the server team.
  • Expo and Food Running: Efficiently handle expo duties, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of food to tables.
  • Bus Tables: Thoroughly clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining.
  • Prepare Beverages: Assist in preparing and serving non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Maintain Dining Area: Keep the dining area clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the shift.
  • Stock Supplies: Restock necessary supplies, including silverware, glassware, and napkins.
  • Assist with Food Preparation: Assist in basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as plating dishes and preparing garnishes.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and their dining experience is enjoyable.

  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
