We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for sales in the B2B environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
- Conduct warm calling to identify potential clients and nurture leads.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze performance metrics.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills in negotiation, communication, and technical sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong account management practices to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Experience in business development and account management is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team.
