Powersports Warranty Administrator

No nights, No Sundays

Part-time, approximately 30 hours a week

If you are a self-starter, then we want to speak to you This Warranty Administrator position involves submitting warranty claims and communicating with service advisors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and vendors in a timely manner
  • Track claim status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation is maintained
  • Review repair orders for accuracy and compliance
  • Communicate with service advisors and technicians to gather required information
  • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and take corrective action when needed
  • Maintain warranty records and reporting logs
  • Assist with parts receiving, including checking in deliveries, verifying invoices, and organizing inventory
  • Stay current on manufacturer warranty policies and procedures

Requirements Include:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
  • Physical ability to lift and move parts boxes when needed
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen and have a safe driving record.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
