At DavidSW, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality timepieces with outstanding customer service. DavidSW has been in the business of buying and selling authentic timepieces for the past 17 years.

We are looking to hire a salesperson with a passion for watches to work at our state of the art Miami Design District location. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and self-motivated, with strong communication skills and a proven work ethic. The chosen candidate will be responsible for daily sales, inventory management, and customer relationship development.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create a luxury atmosphere within our location by providing unmatched customer experiences throughout the sales process.
  • Stay current on the newest inventory and pricing throughout the store.
  • Research industry trends, competitive pricing and other aspects of the luxury watch business in order to offer customers an educated, consultative experience.
  • Track sales and manage inventory through The Edgepoint-of-sale and customer-relationship-management (CRM) system.
  • Coordinate with the DavidSW marketing team to capture leads and develop sales promotions.
  • Present regular sales reports and forecasts to company leadership.

Education and Experience:

  • Detail oriented and customer focused.
  • Experience with Wordpress a plus.
  • Experience with, and passion for, authentic timepieces and luxury watches.

Salary:

Compensation is based on experience.
