Expert-- Mixes, shapes and bakes bread.Essential Functions/Process Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)Must be knowledgeable of 95 bread varieties and 75 pastry varietiesCoordinates production flow of baked goods and organizes production areaOversees quality of baked goods and monitors shrinkOversees the production of special ordersSchedules production crew shifts, lunches, and breaksOrders raw ingredients for baked goodsMaintains sanitation in bakery departmentMonitors working conditions of machinesAssists in training new bakery production partnersDirectly supervises employees in the Bakery DepartmentEducation and Experience PreferredTypically requires 5-8 years of related experienceKnowledge of department product, food preparation, and equipment requiredSupervisory experience preferredKnowledge of commercial baking procedures and equipment essential     Physical and Other Requirements Function in a fast-paced, retail environment Lift 20 lbs or more on an occasional basisCMBakery
