Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy education, math skills, and overall childhood development.
  • Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
  • Plan and conduct daily activities that stimulate children's curiosity and creativity.
  • Assess children's developmental needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Experience in childcare or private school settings is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
  • Proficiency in curriculum development tailored to preschool-aged children.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various learning styles.
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment.
