Compensation: $900-$1,000/month + performance bonuses

Schedule: Evening shifts starting at 8PM (4-6 hours, 5 nights/week)

Our doorstep collection service is an amenity that keeps communities cleaner and residents happier. We're looking for a dependable Lead Trash Collector in Virginia Beach, VA to help train and oversee our team of couriers while ensuring service is delivered consistently.

Position Overview

The Area Manager is a hands-on leader who trains new hires, supports couriers, and ensures that service standards are met across multiple properties. You'll work directly with couriers in the evenings, fill in on routes when needed, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and onboard new couriers on a regular basis.
  • Fill in at properties in and around the area when needed.
  • Deliver supplies to couriers and ensure they have what they need.
  • Spot-check properties and couriers to maintain service quality.
  • Work 4–6 hours per evening starting at 8PM.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Smartphone to access the Trash Fairies mobile app.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to walk up and down flights of stairs.
