Join the team at Sullivan's Auto Service We're looking for a detail-oriented Parts Specialist / Office Manager to manage parts ordering, inventory, and daily office operations in our fast-paced, family-oriented shop. Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) with excellent pay, benefits, and a supportive work culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Order and source high-quality automotive parts from multiple vendors at the best prices
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and handle returns, shipping, and receiving
  • Support technicians by ensuring timely and organized parts delivery
  • Provide administrative support — answer phones, assist customers, perform callbacks, manage loaner vehicles, and keep the office organized
  • Create quotes, invoices, and purchase orders using shop software
  • Assist the front office with service sales as needed

Qualifications:

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Drive, Google Suite, email)
  • Valid driver's license required
