Currently we are seeking an experienced full-time, on-site Resident Manager for our beautiful 66-unit Hayward, California community.

Salary will depend on experience. Onsite apartment home is included in compensation.

Duties Include:· Leasing responsibilities of the property include the marketing and showing of vacant units and screening potential tenants

· Managing the community team of one full time maintenance technician.

· Ensuring all personnel respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely, efficient and courteous manner

· Charging ledgers and entering payments in a timely basis. Processing move-in and move out paperwork, invoices and management reports.

· Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that the physical aspects of the property, grounds, buildings, and amenities meet established standards for safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.

Requirements:· Minimum 3+ years residential property management experience with working knowledge of tenant and eviction laws

· Strong accounting skills

·Strong organizational skills

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Available to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends

·Must live on-site

Preferences:

· College Degree

· CPM, RPA, or CSM designation
