The Role

As a founding product engineer, you'll be responsible for productionizing frontier research that will revolutionize how enterprises interact with agents. You will design novel experiences that will become a daily driver of workflows within some of the world's largest enterprises. Our frontier, custom-trained models will enable fundamentally new product experiences, and we want to implement new interfaces to help people leverage them.

What You'll Do

  • Talk directly to enterprise customers to design product experiences that help automate common workflows

  • Work with our researchers to productionize our frontier models and training infrastructure

  • Sprint with end-to-end ownership over the product, shipping new features into production with high velocity

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with the modern web development stack (Typescript, Python)

  • A track record of having shipped software in production

  • Desire to learn and work directly with customers

Strong Candidates May Also Have

  • Experience developing AI-powered products with frontier model APIs

  • Previous experience as a founder or early engineer at a startup in a zero-to-one role

  • Published projects, open source contributions, or side projects that demonstrate technical creativity

Location: This role is based in San Francisco, California.
