At Copper Run, we're hiring a full-time Vice President to join our growing Columbus office and lead buy-side M&A engagements across a wide range of industries. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, drive deal execution, and mentor junior talent — all while playing a central role in delivering exceptional outcomes in the middle market. What You'll Do

You'll lead engagements and drive deals forward from start to finish:
 Serve as lead advisor on buy-side M&A transactionsProvide strategic guidance to clients and manage executionBuild and maintain relationships with acquisition targets and other stakeholdersNegotiate deal terms to secure client objectivesOversee financial modeling, valuation, and analysisMentor analysts and associates; build team capabilityDevelop new business through referral networks and outreachRepresent Copper Run's culture and values in every interactionWhat We Offer

 Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administrationFINRA Series 63 and 79 preferred8–10 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or a related fieldStrong leadership and project management abilitiesProven track record of building relationships and closing dealsDeep knowledge of financial statements, modeling, and valuationProficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (CRM and PitchBook a plus)Goal-driven, self-motivated, and collaborativeA business network is a plusReady to lead deals, mentor talent, and help clients achieve extraordinary outcomes?
